In order to earn an income online, you need to have specific skills like graphics design using Photoshop. By registering for an authorised training course, you arm yourself with useful knowledge on how to use the various features that come with this software program to edit, touch up and process your digital images. You can even sell your touched up photos to some online companies that collect digital professional images to sell them to visitors who may require such pictures.

Authorized and Partnered with Apple and Autodesk

As a UK based training provider of Photoshop training and other software programs, we are able to provide training in Adobe, Quark and Maxon (Cinema 4D). We are authorised and partnered with Apple and Autodesk with authorised trainer status.

Small Classes for Personal Attention

Being registered with the Institute of IT Training we are committed to the Institutes code of practice. We never have more than seven people on a public course and each course delegate uses their own Mac or PC. You don’t have to share a PC unlike some cheaper computer schools which want to save money on buying more hardware and software. Each student has her or his own PC to work on giving you hands on experience that you will never forget.

Well Designed Courses

Armed with this practical experience and on our courses and post-training support, you can take full advantage of your new skills immediately. The reading material is easy to understand and comes with illustrations to emphasize certain points and information. The public training courses are provided on all top creative applications and we can provide private training designed for your specific requirements either at our offices in London UK or at your offices in the UK.

Site Visits and Floor Walks

Site visits and floor walks are also offered for clients keen to keep their skills at the cutting edge. This is applicable when learning to use Autocad Architectural Desktop to draw 3D images of buildings on sites or for renovation work where you need to make changes to existing 3D models.

Comprehensive Training Course in IT

Whatever your IT training requirement is, we can offer a fully bespoke training course for you. It is a worthwhile investment to sign up for a Photoshop course to learn the ins and outs of the program and how to create a professional looking photo from dull and dark into vivid rich saturated colours. From the point of not knowing the software you can become a well learned person in IT and especially Photoshop and earn an income online through the various freelancers web sites where you can bid for jobs or improve your promotion prospects in your current position of employment.

A picture is worth a thousand words and that is why beautifully edited photos make loud statements and speak for themselves. As a photographer, you need to know how to use Photoshop to process all your digital photos, touch them up for professional look and feel. Photoshop software is used all over the world to edit, amend and touch up dull looking photos into elegant vivid coloured photos that are used for magazines and newspapers.

You don’t have to be a Professional Photographer These days you do not have to be a professional photographer to produce quality photos. You do not have to learn how to do exposure compensation, white light balance, aperture adjustments, field of depth knowledge or to tweak your SLR camera. Just a normal digital camera to take photos and software to download to the computer is sufficient for you to produce professional looking photographs by using this software. It can correct the colour saturation, make good exposure compensation and remove blemishes to old yellowed photos and add in new backgrounds.

By using levels adjustment in Photoshop, you can instantly add more colours to your otherwise plain washed out photos. One can also brighten up the colours and images in a dull and dark lighting. If your flash light is not powerful enough to reach the distant environment, fret not because you can turn to Photoshop to brighten up the dark photos.

Correct Hand Shake Errors You can also correct hand shake errors in your digital photos by sharpening the images with the various tools like Smart Sharpen. Alternatively, you can also blur your photos for that misty feel by using Smart Blur. One can also change the numbers of the car plate, remove an unwanted object in the photos or add new objects to them. Such is the power of Photoshop for photographers.

You can also add text to your photos for posterity. On the other hand, you can also add a copy right text with your name to the digital image including the copyright sign to show ownership. This is useful when you need to post photos of products in eBay pages so that your potential clients know that the photos originate from you and not copied elsewhere.

If you are an avid aspiring photographer, it makes good sense to sign up for a course in Photoshop so that you know the basics of how to edit your digital photographs, re-size them for faster upload to the web sites. This is an investment in itself.

The good thing about working adobe programs is that you can use them together. Once you create an image in Photoshop you can insert Photoshop image files in PSD format into web pages in Dreamweaver. Once in Dreamweaver, your image will automatically be optimized as web ready images in gif, png, and jpeg formats. You can also paste some or all of your multi layered or multi sliced Photoshop image into a web page in Dreamweaver.

Working with Photoshop and Dreamweaver

When you use Photoshop to create images, you can use Dreamweaver to optimize your images for the web and then insert them into web pages. You can also choose slices or layers in a Photoshop image, and then you can use Dreamweaver to put them as images in web pages. Then after you insert these images in web pages, you will be able to edit the source files in Photoshop and the update that same file in Dreamweaver.

You can use your then following steps to insert an image that you made in Photoshop into a web page. When you create an image in Photoshop, and save your image as a regular Photoshop PSD file, you won’t have to save as a jpeg, png, or gif because Dreamweaver will do it for you. Once your image is in Dreamweaver, you can select the PSD file and place it into the web page. Dreamweaver will allow you to optimize the image for the web, and then place it on the page.

You can use the following steps for using a Photoshop layer or slice image as a layer or slice image in a web page. When you are in Photoshop you will select and copy the slice or layer to your clipboard.

Once your image is in Dreamweaver, you can paste the slice or layer into your web page. You can use Dreamweaver to optimize your image for the web, and then place it on the page.

When you slice an image, the slice divides an image into smaller images that are shown on a web page using CSS layers, or html table. When you divide the image, you can assign different URL links to create page navigation, or your optimization settings are used to optimize each section of image. You export and optimize a sliced image using the save for web & devices option. Photoshop generates the html code or CSS code that you need to show you sliced image by saving each slice as a separate file.

When you work with slices, keep these basics in mind, you can either create a slice by using the slice tool or you can create them using layer based slices. After you create a slice, you can select it using the slice select tool and then resize, align, or move it to other slices. You can set your options for each slice, which include the type, name, and URL in the slice options box. In your save for web and devices is where you find the options for different settings to optimize each slice.

Slices are categorized by their content type, which included auto, image, or no image, and are categorized by the way they are created, user, layer based, or auto. When you create slices with the slice tool, they are called user slices. When you create slices from a layer they are called layer based slices. Once you create a new user slice or layer based slice, extra auto slices are made to fill in for the remaining areas of the image. You could also say that auto slices fill the space in the image that is not defined by user slices or layer based slices. Auto slices are remade every time you add or edit user slices or layer based slices, and you can easily convert auto slices to user slices.
